How billing works
Three steps, in this order. You are in control of the last one, and nothing happens in your tenant before you are.
Register for free
Tell us who you are and accept the terms. Registration costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and is reviewed by a dotCLOUD administrator before your account is activated.
Connect your tenant
A Global Administrator grants read-only access on Microsoft’s own consent screen. Nothing is read from your tenant until this happens, and you can pause or withdraw it at any time.
Pay only when you request a scan
Payment details are entered at the moment you ask for an assessment — never before. One payment, one report. If you never request a scan, you are never charged.
Payment security
We never see your card details
Payments are processed by Stripe, an enterprise-grade, PCI DSS Level 1 payment processor. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never transmitted to, processed by, or stored on dotCLOUD servers— not in our database, not in our logs, not in our backups.
dotCLOUD receives only a payment confirmation and the last four digits shown on your receipt.
The assessment itself stays read-only: we evaluate configuration, never the contents of mail, files or chats.
